How can a team hire you for Training or Consulting?

Training or Consulting

Teams have hired Training and Consulting both virtually and On site. On Site dates have covered from 1 full day of training to 4 days of training. Consulting rates go into effect at the equivalent of 6 days of Training, and receive both a benefit rate and additional services.


Determine how many days you want your team to spend on Training. Your investment rate is based on the number of days and any necessary travel accordingly.


Two weeks out from the date of Training or Consulting is when we can start to determine the agenda for your team. With 59 current trainings built, you will find Trainings that best suit your team.


Training and Consulting ares of focus include ticket sales, partnership sales, renewals, customer service, customer experience, marketing, management, analytics, and development.

Staffing for the Team

One of the advantages of hiring us to staff for your team is that we get a great gage on potential candidates, and know them well enough to make a strong assessment on if they would make a right fit for your team.


I have been staffing since 1999 for Minor League Baseball teams, and my track record of successful hires who have made incredible impacts on our business is top notch.


There are four (and sometimes five) options for staffing currently that I offer to teams. Two of the options are at a very low investment. The more advanced options, with a true search done by our services are mainly risk averse for your team currently. While these advanced options are more expensive, there are levers that allow protection of your investment in the rare case that we do not staff successfully your project.


We do not enter into exclusive arrangements. You can do your own staffing at the same time. It is your team and you should have the best chance for staffing your position. We just ask that our candidates' names are always protected, and their privacy is respected.


We listen to you. We have great reach, and are improving in our staffing and job matching endeavors.


How do you support teams in improving customer engagement?

There is a customer cultivation model I created years ago, when I started Venuto Team Services. You will cultivate customers by engaging customers. The entire model needs to be successful in order for you to achieve this over-arching goal. It might not happen right away. Taking steps to get to this high level of engagement each year will eventually see you at a level where sales and retention, and customer and employee engagement occur in a better and more turnkey fashion. The four key influences to customer base growth are your employees, bringing in new customers, retaining these customers, and providing excellent customer service and customer experience. There are many components around each of these influences to carry you forward to high level of engagement. Let's begin and continue to grow together.
